The role of the Contract Pricing Specialist is to research and obtain original equipment manufacturer costs then accurately price service contracts using Service Express templates. This position helps ensure accurate quotes are provided to customers in a timely manner.
To be successful in this role, you must learn and understand how to effectively price several drastically different types of equipment. With the rest of the contract pricing team, you will be supporting our sales team to be more successful in their roles.
Here's what this position is all about:
- Accurately create pricing for high volume of equipment requests from sales team members
- Continually update pricing database to enable future automated pricing
- Interpret configuration files for both pricing and auditing functions
- Prioritize work to meet short-term and long-term commitments
- Find creative solutions to automate repetitive tasks
- Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve goals
What we are hoping you will bring to Service Express:
- Experience with Excel (Vlookups, pivot tables, and index match)
- Prior administrative experience requiring you to plow through a high volume of data, reporting, and numbers
- Ability to communicate effectively and stay positive in a fast-paced environment
