Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement in the sales and marketing function.
- Partner with the leadership team to provide HR guidance and align human capital with organizational goals.
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Oversee recruitment efforts to attract top talent and build a diverse workforce. Lead workforce planning to ensure the right talent is in place to support growth and operational needs.
- Performance Management & Employee Development: Implement and manage performance evaluation systems, employee development plans, and career progression programs. Create and promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Employee Relations & Culture: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, ensuring alignment with company values. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations as needed. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs. Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness in alignment with the organization’s budget and goals.
- Lead a small team of Senior HR Business Partners
- At least 7-10 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- 3-5 years of experience with partnering with sales organization
- Experience with operating within global HR organization and M&A
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compensation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and manage change effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
