As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in addressing inbound sales inquiries, guiding customers toward tailored solutions for their unique sanitation challenges. Your responsibilities will include preparing quotes, processing large orders, confirming delivery schedules, and leveraging our CRM to identify and act on renewal opportunities. You’ll also support the Account Management team, which frequently works in the field to cultivate new business opportunities.

Requirements:
Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, services, and departmental policies, ensuring a clear understanding of customer needs across construction, industrial, and event industries.
- Manage a high volume of 40–50 daily inbound calls and emails, assisting customers and addressing their inquiries.
- Accurately create and update accounts by inputting a significant volume of work orders.
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer communications, including questions, complaints, and concerns.
- Use CRM tools to close inbound sales opportunities, document customer interactions, and track close rates to enhance communication and performance.
- Support Account Managers by ensuring contract pricing compliance and meeting contract requirements.
- Provide end-to-end customer support to ensure seamless and accurate service delivery.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to continually improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications & Essential Job Functions:
- At least 1 year of experience in an inside sales role, demonstrating a sales-driven and growth-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Experience with CRM systems (preferred).
- Proven ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
