Job Position Description :
We are in search of someone to run the operations side of our commercial janitorial business. The Operations Manager will be responsible for maintaining the strong relationships we have with our customers. This will be done by being one of the main contacts with our customers. They will have to be available to respond to concerns in cleaning quality. They will be responsible for the daily activities of the cleaners. In addition hiring, training, counseling and firing of the janitorial staff.
Ideal candidate will be a self starter and good communicator. Someone with a managerial background is needed. Someone with a janitorial background is preferred.
