What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Director - Healthcare - Bay Area position at ServiceNow?
You will produce new business with a defined set of ServiceNows largest existing accounts. You will oversee executive relationship management for assigned accounts and lead virtual teams including Solution Sales Solution Consulting Support and Professional Services in supporting our most esteemed clients.
What you get to do in this role :
- Provide strategic leadership to clients
- Be the relationship manager between customers and ServiceNow
- Work with the greater ServiceNow solution teams to develop a ServiceNow solution based on the customers strategic outcomes
- Manage all Executive relationships between ServiceNow and assigned clients
- Oversee worldwide development of assigned accounts including development and deployment of worldwide resources
- Build trust and deep multitiered relationships through assigned clients organization from project / IT teams to CxO level
- Develop a clear roadmap and building capabilities across our clients and ServiceNow teams to promote an outstanding customer experience
- Achieve financial targets set out for the assigned clients including Licenses Renewals and Professional Services

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $154080 $254280 plus equity (when applicable) variable / incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
