As a Total Rewards Business Operations Lead, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of Total Rewards projects at ServiceNow. This role involves acting as a program manager, standardizing processes, and overseeing key initiatives such as the annual compensation review and open enrollment programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the successful implementation of strategic projects for the Total Rewards team.
- Manage the operational cadence and track the delivery of key Total Rewards programs, including the Annual Compensation Review and Open Enrollment.
- Develop project scopes and requirements, involving all relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
- Cordinate internal teams to ensure projects and annual processes are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
- Measure the performance of projects and annual processes using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks and provide regular updates on key projects to senior leaders.
- Support total rewards leaders in developing key presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Reward Me Business Product Manager and technology team to form requirements for new products and enhancements.
