Full Time Teaching Position -- 50% GT / 50% Math Specialist (anticipated) Maine Teaching Certificate required, Maine Gifted & Talented endorsement preferred.
Do you have an affinity for math? Do you possess skills that foster effective, student-centered collaboration? Are you passionate about engaging students in their learning? Use these specific skills and strengths to ensure access to resources for all MDES students! This unique position is thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of advanced learners and students identified as Gifted & Talented through the provision of engaging opportunities to master concepts and skills commensurate with their abilities through our MTSS framework. The ideal candidate will also facilitate learning for mathematicians of all levels through regular instruction, support and intervention.
