As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in growing our national accounts by developing and executing strategic marketing plans and building relationships with insurance claims executives and franchise owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement national and regional marketing strategies to expand our business footprint.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the property and casualty insurance industry.
Performance Metrics
- Meet quarterly sales targets for national and regional contacts.
- Present marketing progress and results at regular franchise area meetings, division meetings, and Servpro TV.
- Develop written action plans to target new clients and relationships.
Requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Minimum five years of seasoned relationship-based sales/marketing experience, preferably in claims management and/or property insurance.
- National or Regional Level and High Dollar Sales experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
