Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Asbestos Manager to oversee all aspects of asbestos abatement and mold remediation projects. Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise asbestos abatement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct site assessments to identify asbestos-containing materials and develop appropriate remediation plans.
- Oversee the execution of mold remediation projects, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and safety protocols.
- Train and mentor team members on safe handling procedures for asbestos and mold, as well as OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all project activities, including safety inspections, compliance reports, and progress updates.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of work are achieved on every project.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in asbestos abatement management or a related field is essential.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations related to hazardous materials handling and environmental safety practices.
- Experience in mold remediation techniques is highly desirable.
