- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all logistics-related inquiries, requests, and issues
- Understand clients’ business needs and objectives, proactively offering logistics solutions and services that add value and address their requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of logistics services and exceed client expectations
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfactions, identify areas for improvement, and present innovative solutions to optimize their supply chain operations
- Monitor account performance and key metrics, analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges, and taking proactive measures to address them
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitors’ activities, providing valuable insights to drive business strategy and client retention efforts
