Responsibilities
- Responsible for all incoming Patient Service Specialists (PSS) to Wellstone Health Partners.
- Provide exceptional and timely training to the PSS team members.
- Monitor, in partnership with Wellstone Leadership team, all PSS team members across the system to facilitate training 1:1 to those in need and provides training updates on new processes.
- Help support all Wellstone sites as a PSS to maintain proficiency in various areas where needed.
Qualifications
Job Requirements
2 years’ medical office reception experience
Previous customer service experience in a retail, business, or office setting
Preferred Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
