What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduler - Central State Hospital position at Seven Counties?
Job Description:
- Developing and maintainingmonthly schedules for nursing staff on all nursing units in 24-hour facility.
- Assistingin obtaining staff coverage when need is indicated via phone calls and emails.
- Developing and/or maintaining various nursing staffing logs, and reports as assigned by the Director of Nursing or designee.
- Assisting in the orientation of new employees when authorized.
- Assisting in maintaining regulatory compliance compliance standards.
- Performing a variety of administrative tasks as assigned by the Director of Nursing or designee. Other duties as assigned.
- Three years of professional administrative experience preferred.
- Must have computer competency.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
