Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume accounting environment? Our CPA firm is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support our team and help deliver exceptional service to our clients. If you’re self-motivated with a positive attitude, are deadline-driven, and excel at multitasking, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Format, edit and publish financial statements and reports.
  • Draft and manage engagement letters, proposals and firm correspondence.
  • Process and release tax returns.
  • Scan and categorize client information into software.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning and faxing.

What We're Looking For

Experience: Proven background as an administrative assistant (3 years preferred).

Skills

  • Strong Attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with our team and clients.
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Deadline driven.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
