Key Responsibilities
- Format, edit and publish financial statements and reports.
- Draft and manage engagement letters, proposals and firm correspondence.
- Process and release tax returns.
- Scan and categorize client information into software.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning and faxing.
What We're Looking For
Experience: Proven background as an administrative assistant (3 years preferred).
Skills
- Strong Attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with our team and clients.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Deadline driven.
