Responsibilities:
- -Greet all customers upon arrival
- -Create a warm and welcoming environment by using the customer’s name
- -Demonstrate a positive presence with a smile
- -Move vehicles to the appropriate service areas
- -Deliver customer’s vehicle back to the service drive upon completion
- -Assist customers with any personal belongings to and from the loaner vehicle
- -Document damage and miles when loan cars are returned
- -Work well within a team in order to serve the customer in a timely manner
Requirements:
- -High school diploma required
- -Bilingual English/Spanish a preferred
- -Superior background and driving record
- -Valid state of residence driver’s license
- -Defensive driver with an emphasis on safety
- -Must be able to pass a drug test
- -Superior attention to detail
- -Experience in a fast-paced environment
- -Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- -Works well within a team
- -Follows instructions
- -Works quickly
