Key Responsibilities:
- Global Project Management
- Oversee and coordinate multiple international research projects.
- Ensure smooth execution from initiation to completion by tying all loose ends.
- Identify potential operational bottlenecks and implement solutions proactively.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for global clients, sponsors, and partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across different cultural and business environments.
- Provide timely updates and ensure clear communication between all stakeholders.
- Time Zone & Scheduling Management
- Strategically manage meetings, deadlines, and communications across multiple time zones.
- Be flexible and available to accommodate international teams and clients.
- Optimize workflows to ensure efficiency despite geographical differences.
- Operational Excellence & Compliance
- Ensure projects adhere to industry regulations, sponsor requirements, and internal quality standards.
- Streamline processes to enhance productivity and minimize delays.

Qualifications & Skills:
