Job Description:
- Interact directly with customers and team members to maintain a high level of customer servi
- Perform and coordinate functions related passenger processing at counter, departure and/or arrival
- Handle administrative duties such as invoices, and communications with various entities
Hours Per Week: 40
Rates Per Hour: TBD

Minimum Qualification:
- Must successfully pass a 10-year background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- College graduate with good English communication skills
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Preferred Qualification:
- Proficient in Mandarin (verbal and written)
- Knowledge in Angellite Systems
- Airline customer service experience
- Familiar with passenger check in process at the ticket counters
