Industrial Production Associate

Summary of Job Content:

Perform physical labor as required to handle materials, maintain plant landscaping, and produce extruded and/or die molded carbon product in accordance with defined SOP’s and specifications.

Perform any other duties, as required by the department supervisor or manager, to support department, plant, and company objectives and/or goals.

• Operate mobile and process equipment. Perform physical labor. Ascend and descend stairs and ladders; push, pull, lift, grasp, and pinch.
• Recognize and correct out of specification situations, and notify supervision.
• Correctly add, subtract, multiply, divide, and convert fractions into decimals.
• Effectively and efficiently perform autonomous maintenance on equipment as required.
• Accurately complete and interpret all required paperwork and process documentation.
• Know how and where to access operations manuals and specifications.
• Perform all work assignments in a safe and efficient manner and obey/follow all departmental and general company safety rules, policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate a high level of situational awareness, good housekeeping practices, and commitment to quality.

Required:

· High School Diploma or GED

· Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail

· Ability to prioritize and multi-task

· Team oriented but can work independently

· Proactive owner of processes

· Self Motivated

· Quick learner

Preferred Experience:

· 2-3 yrs industrial manufacturing environment

· Licensed fork-lift operator

· Mobile equipment operation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.71 per hour
