Title: Bilingual Customer Service Rep
Location: Rialto, CA
Duration: 4-5 Months
Pay rate: $26/HR on W2
Job Description:
Fully onsite.
Provides courteous and efficient customer service and answers basic customer inquiries.
Provides routine administrative support to assigned group.
Provides courteous and efficient customer service and answers more complex or difficult customer inquiries.
Provides a variety of administrative support to assigned group.
Demonstrates thorough knowledge of Customer service and Billing systems.
Demonstrated ability to independently compose effective written internal or customer communications in both English and Spanish. Good telephone etiquette.
Answers telephone calls and/or email regarding service in English & Spanish, operation or maintenance.
Accurately processes customer in-person and electronic file payments using the Customer
Salary : $25 - $26
