As our Junior Municipal/Industrial Sales Representative at STH, you will play a pivotal role in initiating, fostering, and maintaining relationships with key municipal personnel and industrial accounts to continue to expand our scope alongside our existing municipal/industrial sales representative that supports our DE/MD Eastern Shore initiative.
Your primary objective is to establish and build relationships with our customers, promote, and sell STH municipal pumps, industrial products, related controllers, accessories, and fire pumps/controllers. By executing effective sales strategies, you will contribute to the growth of our market share and revenue in both municipal and industrial sales sectors.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve targets and objectives.
- This is a junior-level sales role with the focus being on building our existing customer base through cold calling and follow-up. You will be working closely with the senior sales representative in the area to close deals once relationships are established.
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets as set by management.
- Maintain a consistent follow-up process with clients to nurture relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Training Commitment: Participate in and complete the Sandler Program to enhance sales skills and techniques.
- Maintain a high level of organization and proficiency in managing customer data and sales activities.
