What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Supervisor position at Shamin Hotels Master?
The Front Desk Supervisor will assist in the supervision of the front desk staff to ensure guest service and operations meet standards. This position works the front desk as needed, trains staff, and responds to more complex questions and exceptions. Will organize, confirm, process, and conduct guest check-in/out, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations. Secure payment, and verify and adjust billing, activate and distribute room keys, process all guest requests and relay messages. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guest service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and exceed all guest expectations.
Prior cash handling experience necessary. High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent. Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members. 1 Year Front Desk experience. Strong computer skills.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
