We are currently searching for an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. The salary range for this role will be $60,000 / year - $65,000 / year.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Post invoices and prepare payments for vendors
- Monitor and reconcile all vendor payment agreements to find discounts that can be used to reduce invoice amounts
- Responsible for calculating self-assessed PST on applicable out of province invoices
- Keep track of credits owed to the company and ensure all credits are properly applied to vendor payments
- Maintain monthly payment schedules
- Respond to all vendor inquiries
- Reconcile payable reports each month to confirm that all amounts paid were accurate
- Match purchase orders to vendor invoices and packing slips
- Reconcile cash deposits, prepare daily cash overage or shortage reports and post all daily deposits
- Maintain petty cash accounts and log all outgoing disbursements
- Ensure compliance to all hotel policies and actively demonstrate teamwork, safe work practices, open communication, accuracy in transactions, respect, sincerity, helpfulness, courtesy and humility
- Complete other Accounts Payable duties as assigned
- Undertakes other ad-hoc responsibilities, as required
