About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing daily operations, communications, and strategic priorities. This role is critical to ensuring efficiency, organization, and smooth execution of tasks in a fast-moving business environment.
As a key partner to the CEO, you will coordinate schedules, oversee email and task management, delegate responsibilities to a Virtual Assistant (VA), and assist with both professional and personal tasks. This is a full-time, in-office position in Boise, Idaho, offering long-term career growth opportunities for the right candidate.
Key ResponsibilitiesCalendar & Communication Management
- Own and prioritize scheduling to align with business objectives.
- Manage and delegate emails, ensuring urgent matters are addressed and distractions are minimized.
- Coordinate and confirm meetings, ensuring agendas are set, pre-read materials are prepared, and follow-ups are tracked.
- Communicate schedule updates and adjustments to all relevant parties.
Task & Project Oversight
- Maintain a running list of CEO priorities, action items, and project deadlines.
- Track and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure execution and completion.
- Organize meeting notes, action items, and deliverables to keep projects moving forward.
- Assist with research, reporting, and special projects as assigned.
Business & Personal Executive Support
- Serve as the main point of contact between the CEO, internal team, and external partners.
- Manage and delegate tasks to a Virtual Assistant (VA), ensuring workflow efficiency.
- Support personal tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments, handling logistics, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive matters.

Requirements
- 3-5 years in a high-responsibility professional role (executive support, operations, project management, or similar fields).

- Ability to work full-time, in-office in Boise, Idaho.
