Job Description
The QA Specialist will support the successful execution and delivery of the MDTA customer service program. Specific duties include system testing, calculations and analyzing overall program QA results and making recommendations regarding program improvements. The position will support the development and implementation of all training material including making modifications to provide continuous improvements in overall customer service program.
