Job Title Plant 81 | Finishing Utility | Part-Time Position Overview Position Objective: Responsible for assisting with filling in for absent employees, relieving employees for breaks, and handling sew on waste. Essential Duties: Give breaks in finishing and fill in for absent employees on Coater and Reshear Weight and record sew on waste Assist in keeping department in a clean, orderly manner Physical Requirements: Frequently required to reach, handle, stand, stoop Must be able to lift 80-100 lbs. occasionally Work in a normal industrial environment with inherent background noise, dirt, humidity, and temperature variations Must participate in group stretching prior to shift Tools, Equipment, and Material Requirements: Use appropriate tools for job depending which operator is being relieved for breaks or absence Pole Hyster Fork Hyster Turkey knife Cutting glove Work Shift 8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts PM Shaw Industries is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
