Shawnee Health is seeking a Case Manager Assistant for our Shawnee Health Shawnee Alliance Carterville office. This position reports directly to the Administrative Social Services Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Answers telephones, provides information on services, takes intakes and messages
- Maintains filing system on a daily basis
- Develops a knowledge base of Policies and Procedures of Programs, IDOA rules and regulations, community resources for the older adult, and state and federal programs
- Performs data entry into assigned data base
Requirements
- A training course in business office procedures/ secretarial duties with excellent communication skills both written and verbal required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in business/office management preferred
- Must have general knowledge of office equipment operation and competent in the use of computers.
Hourly Range - $16.00 - $17.00; Exceptional experience may warrant higher compensation.

Care Coordinators, Case Manager Assistants, and Adult Protective Services Case Workers and Specialists are eligible for call compensation. Care Coordinators are eligible for incentive compensation.
