DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct assessments to identify students with reading difficulties.

• Adjust intervention plans as needed based on ongoing assessments.
• Maintain accurate records of intervention sessions and student progress.
• Provide regular updates to teachers, parents, and administrators on students' growth.
• Stay current with research and best practices in reading intervention.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to create a supportive student network.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding student progress and intervention strategies.
