Job Summary: We are seeking a professional and friendly Glass Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. A strong understanding of glass products and applications is essential for this role. This position requires a keen ability to multitask in a dynamic environment while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Provide knowledgeable information about glass products and services to clients.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and welcoming.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff as needed.
  • Maintain records and manage correspondence efficiently.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Ensure that all office supplies are stocked and organized.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance client experiences.
  • Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
  • Strong knowledge of glass products, applications, and industry standards.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly, approachable demeanor with a professional appearance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
