ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – Successful candidate will have experience with handling communication with clients, providing administrative support to attorneys including drafting documents, maintaining, and organizing files.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative support by managing correspondence and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain organized filing systems and perform data entry tasks accurately.
- Utilize Microsoft Office for document preparation and communication.
- Assist clients with inquiries, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and support office management tasks.
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings, ensuring all details are communicated effectively.
Candidates must be motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to adapt to rapidly changing strategies, priorities, and technologies, be able to prioritize multiple projects and tasks while meeting deadlines in a professional work environment, and be able to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.
