Junior IT Support Analyst

The Junior IT Support Analyst will be responsible for handling the day-to-day support for the IT department. The candidate will work with all levels of the organization to resolve IT issues in a professional and timely manner. This role will report to the Director of IT and is required to be in person at our New York Office.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, networking, and user access.
• Monitor and maintain system performance, performing diagnostics and issue resolution as necessary.
• Assist with user onboarding and offboarding, including setting up accounts, permissions, and access management.
• Provide support for network equipment and Microsoft Azure environments, ensuring reliability and security.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT support when necessary.
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and system changes.
• Support IT projects and system upgrades as assigned.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and improve policies and procedures.
