Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative assistance in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Will have to work multiple people from different areas of our business. Knowing Quickbooks Desktop is a plus. Will be handling payments from multiple customers, knowledge about computers. Answering emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
Duties
- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Support administrative functions by preparing reports and handling correspondence.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment to promote productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong front desk skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling.
- Familiarity with clerical tasks and office procedures.
- Excellent computer literacy with experience using Google Suite applications.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- A proactive attitude with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
