Job Summary
Shelby Roden LLC, d/b/a Law Tigers, is a part of national network of personal injury lawyers who handle injury and wrongful death cases on behalf of motorcycle accident victims. We are seeking a Case Manager for our Birmingham, AL office. Duties include assisting with client intake and interfacing with potential new clients, interfacing with attorneys on client cases, assisting with the processing of client bodily injury and property damage claims, preparing demands and exhibits. The Case Manager may also assist our trial attorneys with discovery in litigated cases.
Skills, Experience and Qualities
- 3 years experience as a case manager, paralegal, insurance adjuster or investigator managing personal injury and wrongful death claims.
- Knowledge of personal injury law
- Knowledge of bodily injury claims
- Ability to converse with motorcyclists and insurance adjusters on issues unique to motorcycles
- Excellent time management, written and verbal communication, follow-up, and organization skills
- Proven negotiation skills
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to collect and analyze data
- Results driven with an eye toward the bottom line
- Commitment to client satisfaction
- High level of proficiency with customer relationship databases, case management software, and Microsoft Office required
- Bachelor Degree preferred
- Experience in project management a plus
- Strong interest in motorcycles is desired
- Willingness to take new motorcycle rider course required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
