The Experience Design Manager will provide Shepard clients with engaging and innovative event experiences that align with their business goals. This position combines strategic account support, creative event design, and business development support. By staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging client insights, the Experience Design Manager will provide clients with ideas and solutions to grow their business and enhance customer experience.
Key Contributions of the Role
- Strategic Consulting – Serve as the primary experience design consultant for strategic accounts, aligning event strategies with client objectives and ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams.
- Event Design Development – Create and present innovative experience design concepts that enhance attendee engagement, incorporating themes, activations, and cutting-edge technology.
- Client Discovery and Engagement – Conduct regular discovery sessions with clients to understand their goals, audience, and desired outcomes, translating insights into tailored event solutions.
- Business Development Support – Contribute to RFPs, pitches, and proposals by providing creative experience design solutions and presenting case studies to prospective clients.
- Continuous Improvement – Develop and track metrics to evaluate the success of design initiatives, gather feedback, and implement improvements to enhance future event experiences.
