NTO processing and knowledge
Lien Law knowledge and Lien waiver processing and management
Notary Public

Main Responsibilities
Accounts Payable entry and processing
Weekly Check Run
Weekly Payroll processing
Vendor Invoice Creation/Entires
Manage NTO’s and Lien Waivers
Answer Phones
Certificates of Insurance
Additional responsibilities as needed...
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
