Appliance Area Manager
Peoria, IL
Schedule: 5 days/week, weekends mandatory, in-office full time
Hours: 40-hour workweek minimum
Starting Wage: $20/Hour Plus Monthly and Quarterly Bonus (stipend for days being the Store Manager-On-Duty)

If so, you might be the Appliance Area Manager we are looking for. Yes, will it involve selling all types of appliances with cool gizmos and gadgets, some that you might have never heard of. And it is OK if you know nothing about them! We are happy to teach you. What we need from you is your passion for helping others and your drive to build successful, collaborative teams.
As Appliance Area Manager, you will:
- Motivate and Teach: Mentor a team of high-energy, positive, and results-focused Appliance Sales Professionals.
- Have Fun at Work: Yep, we said it. We want our managers cultivating a positive, and fun team environment (while of course getting the work done!)
- Drive Sales Performance: Help your team members to achieve their goals through individualized coaching.
- Create a Remarkable Appliance Shopping Experience:
- Ensure adequate staffing and training to take care of every guest as they expect.
- Drive full execution of the sales process.
- Maintain a clean, well-merchandised, and organized showroom.
- Oversee all administrative and customer service functions.
- Ensure Core Expectations Are Upheld: Ensure your team members are fully engaged in adhering to Core Expectations, providing consistent coaching and feedback.
- Collaborate: Work closely with other departments to create a remarkable guest experience in the Appliance department.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years pervious customer service or sales experience
- Previous leadership experience
