We are seeking an experienced AP Supervisor to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of Accounts Payable. This role will ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and vendor account management.
- Oversee the processing of vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper approvals, and timely payments.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, resolving discrepancies and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Review and reconcile AP transactions, vendor statements, and general ledger accounts.
- Work closely with internal departments (e.g., Procurement, Finance, Treasury) to streamline AP functions and support financial reporting needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- 3 years of AP experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and accounting principles.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
