Responsibilities
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
- Standardized and Ad Hoc Reporting Support
- Ability to pull data from various systems and compile into standardized reporting templates.
- Standardized reports will include staffing, compensation, HR metrics, and compliance audits.
- Ad hoc reporting will include performance management, development planning, compensation incentive support, and other miscellaneous HR Cloud reporting.
- Training and Certification Coordination
- Onboarding task management and reporting.
- Operator certification support and task management.
- In-person and virtual training coordination. Work with multiple stakeholders to ensure programs are maintained and managed according to training calendar. This includes event coordination, payment management, and communication support.
- LMS/HR Cloud Learning management for training completion, audits, and reporting.
- Talent Management Support
- Provide communication and tactical support on all Talent Management processes including Performance Management, Talent Review, Career Development, Employee Engagement, and Onboarding.
- Create Organization charts and work with the Regional HR Leaders to validate
- Produce Talent Profiles and other talent reporting during the Talent Review season.
- Administrative Support
- Administration of supplies, contact lists, and other office management needs as identified.
- Coordination of events including celebration events, birthdays, gifts, bereavement notices/support, etc.
- Compliance support for the ordering of posters, mailings, and the communication of updates.
- SharePoint and other systems and security management.
- Support all data integrity and cleanup initiatives.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Project Support
- Support assigned projects for the HR Department including Talent Management, Employee Relations, Compensation, and Learning and Development.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects as identified.
- Manage calendar and meeting invitations as needed.
Qualifications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- FORMAL EDUCATION:
- Required:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field strongly preferred
- KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
- Required:
- Previous experience with reporting and Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail and plan for projects
- Customer focus
- Preferred:
- 12 months experience in Human Resources or related field
- Previous work experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Willingness to relocate if considered in the future for higher level positions within HR
- Strict adherence to confidentiality and high ethical standards
- TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Required:
- Computer skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365 platform (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Preferred:
- The volume and scope of issues that arise.
- Experience with Oracle HRIS
- Experience with COUPA, Concur, and other expense management systems
- Meeting deadlines required by projects.
