Responsibilities
Include but not limited to:
- Assist with general HR duties such as onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Participate in cross-training to build knowledge and provide basic support across HR functions.
- Support the management of employee relations cases under the guidance of more experienced HR staff. Assist in handling complaints and grievances with supervision.
- Provide HR advisory support to employees and managers on routine HR matters, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Help facilitate orientations and presentations for new hires and existing employees under supervision.
- Support system updates and improvements by providing input and assistance with data entry and basic operational tasks.
- Assist in drafting HR-related policies and documentation, focusing on improving employee experience and compliance.
- Help maintain documentation of compliance activities, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Support HR audits and compliance reviews, assisting in the identification of areas for improvement under supervision.
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor's degree (Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology preferred)
- 1 years of HR experience preferred, preferably in a HR Generalist role
- 1 years of Employee Relations experience preferred

Additional Information
- The estimated annual pay range for this position is $45,000 - $75,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
