Job Summary :
The Commission Specialists purpose is to ensure accurate and timely processing of the companys monthly sales commission payroll, including the gathering and entering of data. The specialist will apply commission, HR, and company policies when reviewing commission and payroll, and will interact with sales reps to answer questions about their commission statements.

Responsibilities :
Perform daily employee maintenance updates within commissions filesEnsure all commission entries are processed accurately and on time.Assess commissions report for errors and outliers prior to transmission to payrollResearch Gross Margin reports provided by accounting to flag data issues for accurate commission reportingMaintain records of employee compensation plans and implement changes when neededUnderstand and adhere to company policies when reviewing commission and payrollGenerate statements to sales reps with details of their commissionsRespond to employee commission inquiries in a timely mannerQualifications :
1 year in an Accounting / Finance / HR role with a focus on working with dataBachelors degree in accounting, business, finance, or HRRequired Skills :

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $40,000 - $70,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
