What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Shift CNC Lathe Technician position at Shields Manufacturing?
As a CNC Lathe Machinist at Shields Manufacturing, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of lathes, including Mori Seiki, Hitachi Seiki, Nakamura Tome, Haas TL-2, and Manual Lathe. You will be responsible for setting up jobs, calculating machining factors, and processing offset changes unassisted.

Requirements:
- Extensive machine shop/metal working skills.
- Able to work with decimals and comfortable working with close tolerances (thousandths).
- Ability to set up your own jobs and run first part.
- Ability to adjust programs if required.
