The Akida Internship Program provides students with hands-on experience in property management, investment, and development. Interns apply GAAP principles to analyze financial information, reconcile statements, and prepare reports for management.
They'll work closely with the Accounting and Finance teams, supporting tasks as needed.

Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and formatting financial reports, including daily cash reports, accrued reports, and investor reports.
- Processing invoices, purchase orders, accounts receivable, and journal entries.
- General credit and collections.
- Scanning and filing documents according to established systems.
- Cut checks as needed.
- Reviewing and correcting errors in financial entries, documents, and reports.
- Answering questions about open invoices and outstanding balances.
- Providing additional financial assistance as needed.
- Special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
Pay Range: $18-$23 Hourly
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years of administrative experience.
- Computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet usage.
