ShipIt, shipping 4.5 million orders a year, is here to fulfill, meet, and exceed customer expectations.

We are looking for a Supplies Manager located in Hurricane, Utah who will be responsible for overseeing the shipping lines and providing them with product, gaylords, and flat boxes.

What you will do :

Ensure that supplies are available, if not coordinate with the Inventory Manager

Ensure product pallet plates are properly recorded in the tracker

Ensure that Shipping Lines have minimal downtime

Inspect the workstations, looking for any issues, problems, slows, or stops

Send all of the end-of-the-month reports to your director

Oversee that all team members are hitting quota

Maintain and consistently check your Standards Checklist and ensure corrections take place, planning any necessary training

Train team on all processes and policies associated with the Supplies Section

Review and continually update the Supply Officer process to increase productivity and efficiency

Earn and maintain forklift operator and pallet jack qualifications

Oversee proper stacking or shrink-wrapping of products and materials before staging in the warehouse

Ensure all products are supplied following first-in-first-out (FIFO) practices

Oversee stocking of product carts

Oversee gaylord flow out of shipping area

Ensure empty product boxes are staged in designated areas for reuse

Ensure correct supplies are used for specific carriers

Coordinate supply changeover from carriers with Forklift Operators

Oversee proper separation and staging of gaylord and supplies in the warehouse

Adhere to and demonstrate understanding of all company and department policies and procedures

What we prefer you to bring :

Physical requirements :

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs

High school diploma (or equivalent)

Confidence in delegating duties and handling tasks

Organization skills that aims to run things in the most efficient way possible

Ability to maintain a schedule and implement plans to fulfillment

Ability to give trainings on small scales and big scales

Detail-oriented eye with the ability to see the big picture

Ability to take problems and quickly find solutions

Self-employed mentality

Proficiency with Google Workspaces

Ability to work in a team environment and create trust with team members by understanding their individual needs and abilities

Clear and effective communication both verbally and in writing

Ability to confront others and have direct communication on things that need to be corrected or fixed in a positive up-tone manner resulting in the person wanting to fix those things

Comfortable using printers and computers

Pay : $18 an hour Bonus

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.
