Position Overview:
The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Fulfillment will lead all aspects of fulfillment operations across the company. This role will oversee the strategy, implementation, and continuous optimization of our fulfillment processes to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale, complex fulfillment operations and be adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- :Leadership & Strategy
- :Lead the development and execution of the company’s fulfillment strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and growth objectives
- .Oversee and manage fulfillment operations including warehousing, inventory management, order processing, distribution, and last-mile delivery
- .Build and mentor a high-performing fulfillment leadership team to drive operational efficiency and scalability
- .Operational Excellence
- :Continuously optimize fulfillment processes to improve speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency while ensuring customer satisfaction
- .Drive the adoption of technology, automation, and best practices to enhance fulfillment performance and reduce operational bottlenecks
