Job Overview
The PDMP Engineer is familiar with the scientific principles of injection molding and has a passion for complex technical issues and looks forward to intercultural communication. This roles will be hands-on, proactive, and thoughtful, persistent, and results oriented.
- Creation of requirement specifications for determining process parameters based on a scientific approach.
- Implementation of tools in the production process.
- Leading projects in the area of injection molding processes.
- Optimizing injection molding processes.
- Collaboration with production and engineering teams.
- Practical implementation/working on projects with the injection molding machine.
Skills and Qualification
Technician or engineer in the fields of mechanical engineering, plastics technology, or toolmaking.- Good knowledge of injection molding technologies.
- Extensive experience with injection molding processes.
- Familiar with injection molding machines, preferably ENGEL.
- Practical experience with injection molding processes.
- Willingness to travel.
- Excellent English proficiency in communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
