The Role
The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts, by hand using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers.

Range: $23.00 - $26.00
This is what a day at work may be like…
- Develop and design visual content for print, digital, social media, and web platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements.
- Design promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and social media graphics.
- Create visually appealing and persuasive pitch decks.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel.
- Other duties as assigned.
About you…
- Bachelors’ degree or higher.
- 3 years’ experience.
- Self-motivated, go-getter, outgoing
- Creative! Show us that you can adapt to traditional and innovative digital design technologies
- Time management - must be able to prioritize and work on multiple projects
- Being able to foresee problems in the schedule and work ahead of time
THE TECH…

- Extensive experience using various Adobe programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
- The ability to decipher complex layered Illustrator files
- Comfortable building print-ready files in both Illustrator and InDesign
- Adept at basic Photoshop retouching
- Familiarity with all file types
