In this role, you will be a part of our Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, and Social Security Disability Intake processes. The primary responsibilities involve gathering and assessing essential information from clients, conducting preliminary investigations, and ensuring that all relevant details are accurately documented for case management. Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and strong customer service skills are essential!
- Communicate with potential clients to gather initial information regarding their legal concerns.
- Conduct detailed interviews to obtain detailed accounts of events and circumstances.
- Provide clear and concise explanations of the legal process and the firm's services.
- Assess the viability of potential cases based on established criteria and legal guidelines.
- Collaborate with legal professionals to evaluate the merits of potential cases.
- Ensure clients are aware of any necessary documentation and evidence required for their case.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently with employees and clients. Strong computer skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
