ShopCore Properties ("ShopCore") and EQ Office ("EQ"), both Blackstone portfolio companies, merged into one entity ("the Company") in September 2024 to drive scale and form a diversified, best-in-class commercial real estate platform.

Role Summary
Under direction of the Senior Director of Development, this position will own and champion the entire planning, entitlement, development and construction processes on assigned projects in the portfolio with a view towards best in-class application of placemaking and architectural design, brand positioning, and differentiated but disciplined and reliable construction delivery methods and techniques. This role reports to the Senior Director of Development and is based in the Chicago office, 5 days a week.
