We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our products are delivered safely and efficiently to our customers. Duties
- Safely operate a box truck or van to deliver goods to designated locations.
- Load and unload products using appropriate equipment.
- Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Navigate assigned routes efficiently while adhering to delivery schedules.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
- Assist with warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and organization of stock.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and engage in physical activity throughout the workday.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience operating a pallet jack and familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while on the road.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and routes as needed.
