As a National Accounts Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in managing, tracking and mapping sales opportunities for our sales and division management team.
Responsibilities
- You will work on RFQs (requests for quotation), confirm all the details for each RFQ and reach out to customers with questions to ensure they are complete RFQs
- You will create KPI (key performance indicators) reports such as sales and margin forecasts and track inventory movement.
- Documents new and current procurement programs and tracks along with RFQs
- You will also communicate with our national accounts customers and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of our products and services.
- You will be the central figure in tracking and reporting successes for the national team to other Shorr departments.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of RFQs, KPIs, and sales reports preferred.
- Experience in the packaging distribution industry is a plus.
