Financial Operations Supervisor

What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of 2-4 people, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
- Hands-On - In The Trenches - Leadership Supporting Field Teams.
- Comfortable with rapidly changing priorities in a quickly scaling company.
Financial & Data Support for Leadership
- Pull and analyze ad hoc data to support CEO and COO decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity in reports on travel costs, gross margin, staff hours, supply purchases, and inventory costs.
- Investigate and prevent discrepancies in financial and operational reports ensuring data integrity.
Fleet & Asset Management Oversight
- Source and procure company vehicles while managing overall fleet efficiency.
- Track and audit fleet card usage and maintenance.
- Ensure all company assets, including computer equipment, are properly accounted for and maintained.
Regulatory & Compliance Oversight
- Ensure all regulatory filings and compliance items are completed correctly.
- Maintain organized documentation of key financial and operational reports.
Vendor & Contract Management
- Negotiate inventory contracts to secure cost savings and favorable terms.
- Monitor vendor compliance with contract terms.
- Oversee staff involved with inventory ordering for pharmacy and field to create a JIT process.
What You Bring
- 5-7 years of experience in finance, business operations, or procurement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and validate financial data.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A problem-solving mindset with a passion for keeping operations running smoothly.
- Very comfortable working with changing priorities in a growing, dynamic environment.
Preferred Experience (Bonus Points!)
- Background in healthcare, retail, or high-volume service industries.
- Experience working closely with executive leadership.
- Knowledge of financial reporting, fleet management, and compliance best practices.
