Position Description:
The purpose of this position is to be the first point of contact for our phone customers, providing them with excellent customer service skills and to assist other staff members to accomplish corporate goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
a. Receive inbound phone calls.
b. Determine proper customer resolution process.
c. Set up Sales appointments and meetings as needed.
d. Enter new customer data and create accompanying call logs.
e. Complete customer satisfaction calls.
f. Manage office forms in office and shop.
g. Process outgoing mail.
h. Seasonal customer calls for upselling additional services.
i. Assist other staff members with tasks as needed.
j. Positively represent Showcase Group.
k. Reasonable understanding of technology including phone systems, PC, Microsoft Office
l. Standing, walking, crouching, bending, lifting, and sitting for various amounts of time.
Position available part-time
Monday-Thursday 1pm-5pm (some flexibility)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 18 per week
